Like many artists and small independent labels who don’t make any money from music streaming platforms, the time has come for antigen records to make a big deal out of our decision to remove our artists’ music from Spotify. We’ve been complaining about Spotify’s business model for years. Basically, your subscription goes to a Swedish billionaire, while artists receive 0.3 pence every time you stream a song, as long as it has been streamed at least 1,000 times. From the antigen vaults, a previously unreleased SuperGlu 7" featuring two of their most popular songs, which have never been cut or encoded on to any physical object... until now.

The final line-up has been announced for the antigen records anniversary show in Ipswich on 25 November.

Manningtree residents can rest easy for 11 days, as SuperGlu leave the Britain's smallest town and head for the bright lights of Newport for the first date of their UK tour. The self-styled bubblegum rock four-piece have embarked upon their latest adventure are laden with merch and and card-reader that will charge you £1.50 per transaction (so make sure you buy loads of stuff at once) and ready to entertain the masses with exuberant renditions of all the hits.
