The Waxing Captors – The Trip on video
The Waxing Captors are back with a new video documenting their recent trip to the moon, via the A137 and the Orwell Bridge. Two action-packed minutes of juvenile capering and reckless endangerment of other road users, plus and an alien space fleet attack and director James Baxter’s homage to his favourite Dynamite Headdy end-of-level boss. Guitarist Jack Rundell has failed to secure the Golden Globe nomination for Best Terrified Face in a Falling Cartoon Car. Daniel Day-Lewis is reportedly unconcerned about the threat to his chances of nabbing a third Academy Award for Best Actor.
The band has lined-up several UK live dates to promote The Trip – details to follow. The single is available on iTunes worldwide and we’ve held back some limited edition faux-vinyl CD singles, which are available now from the antigen webstore.
