SuperGlu to headline Leeds and Reading Festivals
SuperGlu will headline the BBC Introducing stages at Leeds Festival on Friday 26th August and at Reading Festival on Sunday 28th.
This is all thanks to our local Introducing team, Richard Haugh and Graeme Mac, who have shown tireless enthusiasm and support for the Suffolk music scene over the last seven years… And of course, humble gratitude to Huw Stephens and his team as well, for giving SuperGlu these amazing opportunities to bring their garage pop antics to a wider audience.
We wholeheartedly endorse BBC Introducing as the single most valuable use of licence payers’ money and we would encourage UK bands and solo artists to make full use of the uploader. It may sound like bullshit, but it really does give bands the opportunity to play major festivals without the need for industry connections, record pluggers, PR companies or envelopes stuffed full of cash and crack cocaine (although all of the aforementioned helps).
