Dead Rat Orchestra to support Godspeed You! Black Emperor in UK
Post-rock behemoths Godspeed You! Black Emperor have asked Dead Rat Orchestra to open for them on all six dates of their 2015 UK tour, kicking off in Coventry on 22 October.
The DRO will perform as a duo of Robin Alderton and Nathaniel Mann, while third rat Dan cruises the Mediterranean, teaching ethnomusicology to students of the University of Virginia, as part of the Semester at Sea project. Hopefully we can persuade him to rouse himself from his sunbed for a special UK show at the end of the year (more news about that soon).
