Pigeon Pete in the Guardian Guide

Anyone checking out the music section of the Guardian Guide hoping for insights from a BRIT School graduate in Bowie make-up, is going to be very disappointed this week. Staring out from page 25 is Pigeon Pete Petrovicius and an unnamed pigeon with a plastic film canister strapped to its tail.

Regular visitors to this site  will need no explanation as to how an innocent Birmingham Roller ended up with a large plastic pot tied to its tail feathers. For everyone else, Bella Todd’s article provides a perfect primer for the pigeon-wrangling antics of award-winning composer Nathaniel Robin Mann.

If anyone is wondering what has happened to Pigeon Whistles – the Album, we’ve had to shelve it due to Pete going seriously off-message with his closing quote.
