Jack Rundell at the Phil Jackson Christmas do
Loath as we are to give the oxygen of publicity to our biggest rival for the Ipswich Christmas number one, we must reluctantly acknowledge that the singer-songwriter known as Phil Jackson is launching his Christmas Waltze at the Woolpack in Ipswich this afternoon. Phil’s carefully co-ordinated publicity campaign has saturated Suffolk in schmaltzy sentiment, sleigh bells and other abhorrently seasonal unpleasantness.
Thankfully, promoting our corporate interests at the show will be Mr Jack Rundell, whose music features on the main festive alternative – the antigen Christmas album (out now).
