CYMBA – new Homesweet techno project
Henry Homesweet has teamed up with French electronic musician Je deviens DJ en 3 jours to form CYMBA – a new live techno project. Armed with their weapons of choice – nanoloop carts and a bagful of Game Boys – they plan to hit the road in April, with a run of gigs in mainland Europe and an EP to follow in the summer.
The two chipmusic innovators go way back, having first played together at the SXSW Festival in March 2010. Since then, they have jammed at parties and shows all over the world. Promising brutal techno delivered straight from the chip, the boys kick off in Cannes on 25 April, with dates to follow in Antwerp and Strasbourg.
