Dead Rat Orchestra – The Cut

On 28 July, the boys of the Dead Rat Orchestra begin their latest adventure – The Cut. They will fearlessly navigate 273 miles of canals and commercial waterways, negotiating 183 locks, as they travel from London to Bristol in a boat vaguely resembling a 70s caravan. The trio will be performing a new set of songs along the way, at venues within walking distance of the water.

They cast off at the Battlebridge Basin, after their first show at the London Canal Museum, with acclaimed multi-instrumentalist and singer Áine O’Dwyer. The tour concludes after three weeks on the water at the Arnofini in Bristol. And yes, it would be possible to walk from London to Bristol in less time.
