Never the most prolific of recording artists, Earth Mother Fucker managed only three studio sessions in the fifteen years they were originally active. This compilation is an almost complete collection of their recorded output from 1990 to 2001. No recording could truly capture the jaw-dropping ferocity of their early live shows, but this compilation of newly-restored tracks as close as anyone would ever want it to.

Demo one 1990 (Tracks 1 to 4) was recorded live to tape in a barn in Holbrook by Martin Feveyear in June 1990. Feveyear was so inspired (or traumatized) by the experience that he moved to Seattle, where he helped invent grunge, by producing Mark Lanegan, Tad and The Presidents of the United States. His work with Earth Mother Fucker is curiously absent from his online CV. These tracks were salvaged from audio cassette and restored by Jason Whittaker and Michael Chesters.

Demo two 1994 (tracks 5 to 7) was recorded by Patrick Alexander and Richard Rasu at Soundback International in 1994.

Demo three 2001 (tracks 8 to 11) was recorded at Purple Studios by Richard Hammerton in 2001.

Tracks 5-11 were transferred from the original U-matic multi-track tapes by Gavin Mackenzie. Mixed from the stems and mastered by Michael Chesters in 2018.
